Shipment terms are F.O.B or C.I.F .The cost of courier service and special handling if requested is to the customer’s account. Please specify your shipping requirements when placing your order.

Dns London Trading ONLY accepts payment by means of %100 T/T in advance or L/C at sight.
 

Damage Claim :

The shipment must be inspected immediately upon delivery and any discrepencies must be reported in writing within 5 working days.they must be reported immediately,without delay,in order for the carrier to carry out an inspection BEFORE a claim can be issued. Please note that failure to follow this procedure may result in your claim being invalidated and therefore denied.
