service, normally 48 hours door to door worldwide.

Damage Claim :

 

Shipment must be inspected immediately upon request and
discrepancies reported in writing within 5 working days. These must be reported
immediately for an inspection by the carrier before a claim can be issued. Failure to
follow this procedures may invalidate your claim.
